Man, what happened?

Wow, I blink and another year has almost gone by!  I have been very busy.

I am fascinated with the beatstep--really neat sequencer.  I have been dying to connect it to the andromeda filter CV in and see if I can sequence the A6 filter--could just be killer fun. Or it could be not so neat, don't know. The prospect intrigues me.

Nothing else super technical / DIY in the interim.  I was going to post a sh-101 patch creation video since there seems to be some kind of resurgent mystique about the sh-101, but i got bored watching myself and if I'm bored, what fun could it possibly be? So I trashed it.  Maybe i'll post the audio at least.

I do have an old Perl drum tab to midi converter floating around here.  I'll dust that off and convert to...hmm. I don't know, something else. Python?  I'll have to think about it.  Swift? ha!

State of the Crufty
Currently I have--no permanent HW setup. ZOUNDS! I know. I decided to kick it complete ghetto-tek to make more room, apparently, for legos all over the floor.  Boss bx-16, volca beats/keys, microbrute, tt303, tb3, tr909, sh101, fr777, jp8080 (has a phrase sequencer built into it--forgot about that for a while) and some decent fx pedals.  It takes a lot of table space so they don't all come out at once.

Still no sysex support in Live.  AND reaper lost all my custom control settings. Oh well. que sera sera--I probably nuked the preferences somewhere along the line.
